In Antigua, there are several transportation options available for getting around the island. The most common way for people to get around Antigua is by car. Taxis are a popular choice and can be found at the airport, hotels, and tourist areas. The home is only 5 minutes from the airport. Renting a car provides more flexibility and freedom to explore the island at your own pace. Additionally, there are public buses, known as "dollar vans," that operate fixed routes and offer an affordable means of transportation. These vans can be crowded but are a convenient option for getting around.
