Unwind and relax in this beautifully designed Caribbean home on the small island of Antigua! The villa is situated on the hillside with ocean views and minutes away from the airport and beaches. No need to purchase your own drinking water! The home uses cistern water which operates on a filtration system fitted for the entire home, making the water drinkable. The home was built with a dual set of kitchens, living spaces and balconies - perfect for large families, couple’s getaways or business retreats of up to 10 guests.
The gated home is complete with air conditioning, comfortable bedding and quality linens in each of the 5 bedrooms. The 4 bathrooms include soft towels and showering essentials for your stay. Both kitchens are fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including refrigeration, dishwashers and cooking essentials such as pots and pans. Guests will also have access to a laundry room with a washer and dryer on site. The home is fitted with smart TVs for streaming, cable and home technology controlled through Alexa voice commands. After a day of exploring local beaches and restaurants, guests can stream their favorite home movies with the fast, fiber optic internet that uses US IP addresses.
Enjoy your days strolling along the local sandy beaches, and end the day enjoying a sunset meal on one of the two balconies. Guests can enjoy a variety of lounging spaces throughout the home including patio chairs under the covered balcony areas and cozy living room couches. With parking for up to 5 cars, guests can take nearby day excursions to explore the beaches, local restaurants and shops within a short 15 minute drive or less! This location is also situated near a wide range of water activities such as swimming, paddle boarding, boogie boarding and snorkeling. At this exquisite island villa, you can disconnect from the stresses of everyday life and escape to paradise!
